For a university project while studying in the US, I was challenged with repackaging an electronic product that I owned. I chose the JBL MicroWireless speaker, with the aim of creating a box that makes the opening more of a memorable experience, uses less plastic and highlights the ability to 'daisy-chain' the speakers.
I designed a square box with a diagonal cut, revealing the bright white speaker after the consumer cuts open an orange ribbon. Sitting comfortably in laser-cut foam surrounded by my pattern design. The accessories are tucked neatly below the speaker and follow the bright welcoming visual design of the box.
