I created these designs for the album artwork to cover the Big Band's 2016 album entitled 'Kind of Purple'. I used computer graphics software to create a background that merges images of the band performing and incorporates their signature purple colour scheme. I designed a formal layout but maintained a loose feel, reflecting the music style, within the type face choice for the album title.
